Breakfast at the hotel, Visiting Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern. Then we will do half day street food tour. Visiting Spice Bazaar, walk through Galata Bridge, taking ferry from Karakoy to Kadikoy and feeding seagulss with Turkish bagel. We will visit small bazaar in Kadikoy and try some street foods like kokorec, mussels and lahmacun... You can stay longer in Kadikoy and enjoy some pubs or you can head back to your hotel with your guide.

Breakfast at a local breakfast shop. Be prepared to feast. You will experience a long Turkish Breakfast. We will head to the old city towards midday. We visit Topkapi Palace and take a small rest at your hotel.

Depart early morning from your hotel in the old city of Istanbul for an afternoon tour of Gallipoli. The World War I battlefields of Gallipoli, now a serene site, offer a poignant glimpse into history. Visit the Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, ANZAC Cove, Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, and Ari Burnu Cemetery. Explore Johnston’s Jolly, where you’ll see original Allied and Turkish trenches and tunnels, the 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial, and The Nek. We will go to a local Meyhane in Canakkale and experience Meyhane culture with Raki.

After exploring the newly built Troy Museum, we step back in time to visit the ancient city of Troy. This historic site is renowned for the legendary Trojan Horse and its connection to the epic tale of Beautiful Helen, the Queen of Sparta, and Paris, the Trojan Prince. The museum’s exhibits, filled with artifacts from this era, enrich our understanding of the city’s storied past and the dramatic events that unfolded during the Trojan War.

Meeting with you chef in the morning and head to local bazaar, this is a weekly local bazaar where all locals make their grocery shopping. Then you will visit ancient city of Ephesus, including terrace houses. Maybe we could go back to hotel for rest a bit. Then go to Nisanyan Hotel for your cooking class; here you will cook more Aegean cuisine in a former Greek house. Again you will dine what you cook.

Today, we will head to Urla which is a charming Aegean coast-town, we can visit Kostem Olive Oil Museum and then head to Seferihisar. Seferihisar is also another former Greek town and now, all locals put a small bazaar in front of their houses and sell what they cook. You can purchase some pastries from local people and go to teashop at the gate of the town and have a picnic style lunch. Tonight, we will drive to Kusadasi and have sea-food dinner at one of the sea-front restaurants.

Visit Pamukkale, cotton castles and Heirapolis, including magnificently preserved necropolis, the main steet, gates, thermal baths, the Greco Roman theatre and the Basilica of St. Philippe. Swim in a theraputic bath of hot spring mineral waters.

We will drive towards Konya, Konya also has very traditional cuisine with okra soup, pide and Tirit. We will visit Mevlana Museum and Sille Village. We will go and dine in a very traditional local restaurant today.

We wil visit Catalhoyuk and drive to Cappadocia. We will dine in our hotel tonight, it will be slow peace night before we get in to the Cappadocia.

Today we will explore Goreme open-air museum and fairy chimneys. We will visit a local vinery and sample some of their wine with a light lunch. Tonight we will have our cooking class in Cappadocia. We will drive to a traditional former house and our chef will teach us some local receipts. Again we will dine what we cook tonight.

We will explore the many levels of underground city, attending pottery workshop in Avanos and have a light lunch with fish shop close to Red River in Avanos. Tonight, we will go and dine in a fancy restaurant where they make matching menu with local dishes & local wines.

We will drive to UNESCO heritage site, Safranbolu. Tonight, we will check-in our hotel and have a free night.

Today we will drive back to Istanbul, check in our hotel and have a special farewell dinner in one of the rooftop restaurants in Istanbul.
