Visiting Spice Bazaar, walk through Galata Bridge, taking ferry from Karakoy to Kadikoy and feeding seagulss with Turkish bagel. We will visit small bazaar in Kadikoy and try some street foods like kokorec, mussels and lahmacun... You can stay longer in Kadikoy and enjoy some pubs or you can head back to your hotel with your guide.

Depart early morning from your hotel in the old city of Istanbul for an afternoon tour of Gallipoli. The World War I battlefields of Gallipoli, now a serene site, offer a poignant glimpse into history. Visit the Lone Pine Australian Memorial and Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, ANZAC Cove, Brighton Beach, Beach Cemetery, and Ari Burnu Cemetery. Explore Johnston’s Jolly, where you’ll see original Allied and Turkish trenches and tunnels, the 57th Regiment Turkish Memorial, and The Nek. We will go to a local Meyhane in Canakkale and experience Meyhane culture with Raki.

Meeting with you chef in the morning and head to local bazaar, this is a weekly local bazaar where all locals make their grocery shopping. Then you will visit ancient city of Ephesus, including terrace houses. Maybe we could go back to hotel for rest a bit. Then go to Nisanyan Hotel for your cooking class; here you will cook more Aegean cuisine in a former Greek house. Again you will dine what you cook.

Today, we will head to Urla which is a charming Aegean coast-town, we can visit Kostem Olive Oil Museum and then head to Seferihisar. Seferihisar is also another former Greek town and now, all locals put a small bazaar in front of their houses and sell what they cook. You can purchase some pastries from local people and go to teashop at the gate of the town and have a picnic style lunch. Tonight, we will drive to Kusadasi and have sea-food dinner at one of the sea-front restaurants.
