Day 1

Monday Istanbul and Bosphorus

Welcome to Istanbul. You will be transferred to your hotel from the airport in Istanbul today. We offer an optional half-day tour visiting the Egyptian Spice Bazaar and Rustempasa Mosque followed by a cruise along the European and Asian shores of the Bosphorus. This option departs the hotel at 1 p.m.

Day 2

Tuesday Istanbul Old City and Flight to Kusadasi Breakfast, Dinner

After breakfast, you enjoy a fully guided tour of the only city to span two continents, visiting the Blue Mosque, St Sophia Museum, Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum and the Hippodrome. This afternoon, we will be transferred to airport for the flight to Izmir and upon arrival transferred to Kusadasi.

Day 3

Wednesday Ephesus, Kusadasi Breakfast, Dinner

Absorb yourself in history today with a guided tour of Ephesus and a visit to the site of the Temple of Artemis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the ancient city and theatre before exploring the Ephesus Archaeology Museum, which houses an impressive collection of artifacts from the region. Carpet weaving has long traditions in Turkey, and at the carpet village, we learn how the carpets are made by hand and what determines their value.

Thursday Pamukkale, Hierapolis Breakfast, Dinner

This morning we will enjoy a display of locally handcrafted leather goods before heading to the the magnificent white calcium terraces, known as Travertines, in Pamukkale where we also tour the ancient city of Hierapolis. Take a dip, amongst ancient columns, in the hot springs that were used in Roman times for their therapeutic powers.

Single travellers are obliged to pay Single Supplement and will have the hotel room to themselves.
Instead of travelling between Cappadocia and Istanbul by bus, an optional morning flight from Kayseri (Cappadocia) to Istanbul is available at extra cost. Please contact with us for a quote.
The optional half day Spice Bazaar and Bosphorous tour starts at 13:00. If flying into Istanbul on this day ensure you have left enough time to clear the airport, transfer to your hotel, check-in and be ready at reception before 13:00. We recommend considering an extra night in Istanbul beforehand.
We require a copy/image of your passport in order to book flights. You will need to have your passport handy at check-in for any domestic flights. Domestic flight times may vary due to various circumstances.
We generally prioritise scheduling flights with Turkish Airlines whenever availability permits. However, on certain routes, Turkish Airlines may operate the service through AJet, and for some destinations, flights may only be available with Pegasus Airlines or SunExpress. Therefore, depending on route availability and flight schedules, we may need to arrange flights with airlines other than Turkish Airlines. Please also note that baggage allowance policies may vary between airlines. Turkish Airlines flights generally include a 25 kg checked baggage allowance, while other airlines may limit checked baggage to 20 kg.
