After breakfast, begin your exploration of Tbilisi with a walking tour through the historic centre. Visit the impressive Holy Trinity Cathedral before continuing towards the Gabriadze Theatre and Anchiskhati Basilica, one of the oldest surviving churches in the city.
Walk across the contemporary Bridge of Peace and continue through the lively lanes of Shardeni Street. Discover Abanotubani, Tbilisi’s historic sulphur bath district, and visit the picturesque waterfall hidden behind the old quarter.
Later, travel to Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital and one of the country’s most important cultural centres. Visit Jvari Monastery, dramatically positioned above the meeting point of the Aragvi and Kura rivers, followed by Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in the heart of Mtskheta.
Return to Tbilisi and enjoy a boat trip along the Kura River accompanied by a Georgian wine tasting.

Today, travel into Kakheti, Georgia’s best-known wine-producing region. Visit a traditional family wine cellar and learn about Georgia’s ancient winemaking heritage while sampling locally produced wines.
Take part in a traditional Georgian bread-making experience before continuing to Bodbe Monastery, an important pilgrimage site associated with Saint Nino. The monastery offers panoramic views across the Alazani Valley towards the Caucasus Mountains.
Continue to Sighnaghi, often called the City of Love. Explore its attractive streets, historic defensive walls and towers while enjoying views over the surrounding vineyards and countryside.
Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Depart Tbilisi after breakfast and travel through the mountain landscapes of southern Georgia. Pass Lake Paravani before reaching Vardzia, an extraordinary cave city constructed during the reign of Queen Tamar.
Explore the network of rock-cut chambers, chapels, tunnels and former living spaces carved into the mountainside.
Continue to Akhaltsikhe to visit the lower section of Rabati Fortress. The restored complex reflects the diverse Georgian, Ottoman and regional influences that have shaped the area over the centuries. Within the fortress grounds, you can see religious buildings, defensive walls, courtyards and landscaped gardens.
After the visit, continue to the spa town of Borjomi.

Depart Kutaisi and travel to Martvili Canyon, known for its forested cliffs, cascading waterfalls and the emerald waters of the Abasha River.
Follow the canyon’s walking paths and viewing platforms for different perspectives of the surrounding landscape. A short boat ride through the canyon may be available locally, depending on weather and operating conditions.
