where is my hotel?
Details of how to make your way to your hotel in Athens are listed below;A private taxi will cost anywhere from 20 to 35 Euros. Taxies in Athens are unpredictable at best!
To take the metro, take the blue metro line from the airport to Syntagma (the only line leaving the airport).
You can also catch bus X95 to Syntagma from the airport (3 euro).
From Syntagma Square you have two options.
1. Change to RED metro line, travel two stops in the direction of Agios Antonios. This will bring you to Omonia station, at Omonia square. Take the Pireos exit from the metro station, and walk along Pireos st. The 2nd cross street on the right is Zinonos. It is pedestrian only for the first 50 metres, then continues as a normal road. Approx the 4th cross street is Keramikou, the hotel is at 3 Keramikou. (it is right beside the cross street Voulgari, which joins Zinonos at almost the same point.)
2. A taxi should cost no more than 5 Euros.
However, the taxis may try and charge you 15 Euros. Try flagging a taxi a little up the road from the bus stop.
* Your airport bus ticket is valid for free public transport all around Athens for 24 hours from validation (only one way to or from the airport). Only validate the ticket once.
