Depart Athens, cross the Corinth Canal for a brief stop. Travel onto Mycenae to visit the Tomb of Agamemnon, the Beehive Tombs and the Lion Gate. Continue to Nauplion the first capital of modern Greece. Overnight Nauplion. (D)

After breakfast morning at leisure to explore the picturesque seaside town of Nauplion. Continue to Epidarus, one of the nest preserved and accoustically superb features in all of Greece. Depart for Athens in the afternoon. (B)
