Day 1
Athens, Levidia, Delphi
This morning we depart from Athens travelling through Thebes, Levadia and Arachova for Delphi, known in ancient times as the navel of the world. On the way we also pass by Castalia Spring, visit the archaeological site and the museum of Delphi. Afternoon free.
Overnight Delphi
Day 2
Lamia, Trikala, Kalambaka
This morning you are free to explore at your own pace before our afternoon departure. We travel through central Greece and the cities of Lamia and Trikala towards Kalambaka, a small town built at the foot of the majestic grey rocks and crowned by the Meteora Monasteries.
Overnight Kalambaka (B)
Day 3
Meteora Monasteries
This morning we visit Meteora and the byzantine monasteries before returning to Athens via the heroic monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae. Early evening you will be transferred back to your hotel. (B)
